well i just tried it , maybe i messed something up since im a bit of a noob with user mods but all it seemed to do for me was turn off dodging entirely
i posted a message about my problem for the mods creator . if i did it right and it wont work for you too ill post any updated info

because UT3 pc now has a SmartJump mutator we gamepad players can play the PC version with proper jumping and dodging on controller. Anyone who might have tried this before this mutator will know jump mechanics were the duble tapping of direction keys and waa not possible when using a controller.this has kept me off the pc and i was stuck between the ps3 xbox more servers
auto aim off
slightly better graphics
a community that actually plays custom maps outside of pugs
AUTO AIM OFF!!
i havnt tried it yet , im going to once i get time next week but assuming it does anyone interested in playing send a F/R to HeavensNight on PC version
