I wouldn't exactly call it a fancy name. Just better for dividing roles in a clan? So that one or two persons doesn't have the burden to being responsible for EVERY clan match.
Otherwise I'll ask pain if Noc wants to take over. But he's already Warfare captain, so i dunno bout that.
Besides, TDM captain isn't a big responsibility or somme. Our main mode is CTF anyway. Won't be much matches. But just think 'bout it :)

Well I don't see the point in anything beyond a team leader - a fancy name for the person who has to go through all the hassle of setting up regular matches :P

You probably want someone else to pick the ppl playing anyway as I don't pick the best ppl online but cycle through everyone

I always thought the vehicle modes were the only ones that got better with more than 4v4 :P

Yeah I get ya what your saying, NbK are a CTF team and will play other modes if the team we are playing request it but I would just be happy just to play CTF like yourself but not all clans just wanna do that, plus me nocturnus, drokun and pain are all quite good at all modes so you might not like it but maybe you should start getting better at War and VCTf coz of requests from other clans :)
 
Yeah I'm good at Warfare and TDM though. I might just practice some more in VCTF. Hard to play as a team on that.

If you know someone's behind a wall/corner, it can get an easy frag on people who aren't being careful.. For some people, it can be a pretty prevalent strategy when running or whatever
(ofcourse, the obvious thing to do is to translocate, either charging in or flanking)
