Maybe that's because you are using a "CD Key Crack" to run the game.  Just buy it from steam and you may see a difference.

I would wanna join if I didnt have any connection issues on UT3 PC.
I mainly play UT3 PC, but I sadly can't connect to almost anything -_-"
