Well I guess it comes down to two people's word against each other.  I can only go by what I witnessed and I sat by many a nights (trust me...we played *a lot*) and listened to the matches and banter and personallly heard nothing otherwise NOR was I ever told not to wear the tag.  In fact, I was added as a friend by many of you with my tag which is implicit approval of not just me but the person who "recruited" me...Triphop.  Likewise, you were not part of most of the matches I witnessed so you have no idea what we saw.  So why do you cling to the fact that what little bit you know is the gospel?  Have an open mind and accept the fact that you guys had as much part of this as we did.  This will never be resolved..I know that.   You know that.  For all we know there was a second shooter on the gra**y knoll...

That being said...I still say that Switch and Migz should leave behind the tag of a clan to which they KNOW  they no longer belong.

Triphop, you can keep calling everyone a liar, but we all know the truth. Due to the threats against me and Trainwreck, I took the liberty of recording the conversation you and I had the day we decided to create KmA. The truth was all in that conversation. Due to legal consequences of the certain things you said to me, regarding me, Trainwreck, and other members etc., I will not post it on this forum. However, you are lying out of your teeth.

so you were at pinnacles house listening to the conversation due to the fact that pinnacle and i never discussed this in game, only here on the forum when i caught him lying and 1 time in chat and you were nowhere around lol, and the fact that i think your davidtx when now you claim not to be only proves the fact that i have no idea who you are so obviously your the only one talking s**t here and i'm sure you got that quote straight from pinnacles mouth lol you really are irrelevant!!

pinnacle your so called recorded conversation is another attempt to make a point with nothing, and i admit that some heated words were exchanged, as well if you WERE such a good lawyer you would known  that you cannot record our conversation without my permission, but regardless the truth is i admitted to my wrongs and all you could say in so many words is "fine we stabbed you in the back and did not tell you so how about we vote you off now" to which i said now is to late as its a matter of principle to me. 

Oh ya and btw the only thing you call a threat is that i told you you would not lie to my face(and you wouldn't) and that i owe you and trainwreck a beating for insulting pamkitten, denying her membership, and making me look bad by telling the others i gave her her tag without YOUR APPROVAL. and as i said i do owe you one. 

that being said it does not change the fact that you guys using our tag etc. is the only reason this has been brought up again so mr. lawyer i highly doubt you have anything credible

it was squashed man, and i was ignoring the avatars and childish sigs, but when their team is using our tag in game it is wrong, we posted a new roster, and pamkitten mentioned it in the idiot of the day post after we as a team tried to handle it privately three times. and instead of kma handling their business and stopping it, it gave them the excuse to bring the whole thing up again, to which i will respond with the truth as i see it.

That being said i would like to add.

i'm sorry for this arising again,

ckc wants to move foward and hopes that all the petty back and forth stops and the leaders of kma make sure their members play as kma not a huge request since i will a**ure you members of ckc may be on other clans, but for the sack of peace no members of ckc will play as kma and they should do the same.

its wrong that someone is playing a game....online...with a tag they made over a year ago...and hav all their friends and game accomplishments on....and this guy has not taken part in any of the drama....hasnt started ****...just wants to play? it wasn't a problem until YOU made it one.
the rest of us who are involved in all this haven't touched our tags.

what does the playstation network have to do with it lmao, and yes i can't make him do anything but it doesn't make it right!!! and for the record switch was very nice to me in game and i offered that he could play for both teams if he would just talk to me personally and i would let him continue to rock his tag, as unlike the few bully's in here chiming in where they should not, he is an original member and someone i call a friend to this day however he did not, he deleted  my friend requests and three attempts to discuss this so i had to take that as a sign that he did not want to be a part of ckc anyway. 

i respect that decision but then he has to give up the ckc tag and do what is right for us and for kma, so i did not force the decision he made it himself

which none of you understand because you did not speak to him personally as i did!!! 


SO BASICALLY KMA IS STATING IN THIS FORUM THAT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR MEMBERS USING OTHER CLAN'S TAG'S WITHOUT PERMISSION. HMMMMMM WONDER WHO'S CLAN TAG THEY ARE GOING TO DO IT TO NEXT!!
