Not to jump back into the fire, but if you have a friend or relative with internet, you can also get on their computer and have a different IP.  I did that.

Unfortunately, no one seems to care about the awesome custom ****.  I guess it'll have to be without custom content.  Unless it's VCTF or Warfare, I think 14 people is too much.  How about 10 or 12?

It doesn't really matter.  I just don't like 16 player DM, TDM, or CTF.  VCTF and Warfare are more suited for 14 or 16 players, since the maps are so huge.  The only DM maps I could see 16 players working on (besides Deimos) are custom maps like Flat Wars (bigger than most Warfare maps, if not all of them) or some demonic style map, which I've seemed to forgot its name
