Nothing!  Just played UT3 with the entire A-R 1st string a little bit last night.  I left after 5 maps due to geriatric issues.  If history repeats itself, I would expect some chatter.

Sounds similar to qM structure.  DoD is the original founder/clan boss but we have 4 people as the leader.  Anything we decide to do requires all 4 votes or we don't do it.  This includes roster additions and deletions.
