Speaking of which, I wonder how many people living Japan or China play this game. I can imagine their lag being horrendous, even though Japan apparently has really good internet. (better than the US and probably Europe as well) I mean, the closest server would probably be the West Coast, but even that's pretty far, considering how much wider the Pacific is than the Atlantic. |

Uhm Asia is not connected to our "servers". Well I'm fairly certain about that I don't know for sure but it would make sense. It was like that back in the Counter Strike days for sure. Then it would be only EU, only US, only ASIA.

at launch servers were seperated but through some patch Eu/US got together, so I'm assuming they just worldwided it up - its a good thing for a game with hardly any players left to do that imo |

Asian games have different codes, not PAL. Someone from Asia or Australia buys a game from the US/EU --> access to our servers.
That's still only theory, it makes sense cause cmon, look how MANY people live in Asia, do you really think only...like 3 persons among those play UT3 online ?? :D
