Rough week. Nobody with a winning record.

Edit: Sorry, I was looking at week 5 results. maybe you should change the heading from last weeks standings to week#x standings.

I just think GB has too many injuries too overcome...That & Favre seems to play great against his old team...
About Dallas, I'm probably one of the biggest Cowboyz fans around..Ask Jp about my RAGE when they lose! LoL

O didnt know you were a Cowboys fan. I go a little Berserker when they lose too. More so when they have a bad call that basically ends the game for um....... You know like the one last week with 2:16 left on the clock and MIN was 3 and 6, and the ref decided it would be a great time to call pass interference to give the vikings a first down..... *cough* bull**** *cough*. haha. No but in honesty thats about the sixth game this year that has happen. Where a ref has mad a bad call that basically has ended the game. It hasn't just happened to the Cowboys in that game. That really pisses me off. Ref should not be making calls at the end of the game, that wins it or losses it for any team. Unless its obv. a call that needs to be made. Let the players play and make a play. Let the game finish fair for both teams and the fans. I think the funniest thing i've heard so far this year. Was Joe and Troy say how bad the refs have been this year on live tv. Right as they we're announcing a game. No apologizes, no back tracking after they said it. It was just straight out they suck this year and it was great. If i can maybe i'll try to find that clip and some of the calls this year that i'm talking about. I just have to remember the games tho.

Maybe not.  New England is currently stomping them 20 to 6.  San Diego isn't the same this year.  It's like they've taken a step back, back to being mediocre/ crappy again.  Aren't they supposed to give Denver a run for their money, when it comes to the AFC West?  Oh.. right.. they are.  It's just that Kansas City's leading both of them by two games and it looks like KC just walked all over Jacksonville this week.  I think it's becoming clear we're now down to three teams competing for the AFC South, but you never knew about them Jaguars.  They could still come back, as could San Diego and Denver.  However, if both of them lose this week, it's only going to get harder to catch Kansas City.  Kansas City's not perfect, but I'm sure they'll capitalize on most of their losses from here on out.

Oh, and Baltimore won and Carolina's no longer winless.  That makes Buffalo the sole winless team.

Yea todays games have just been crazy stupid. I think i'll just start flipping a coin for my picks at this point, cause thats what it feels like. Kinda sad how many teams can't close-out games and the ****ty part is it still seems like i'm always on the wrong end of it when they crumble. I def understand underdogs playing a good game and wining a close game, but these underdog blowouts are just stupid. So after a couple good weeks of picks, i have a week like this one. I was still feeling the effects of my first weeks picks and now this on top of that. Now i'll need at least 2 weeks of perfect picks ha.

No that was a great game to watch. I was ****ting bricks when Farve was driving down the field. I was like here we go Farve is goin to f*** me over. Then i saw the Harvin catch in the back of the endzone, and i started cursing up a storm ha. Even if they would have scored i wouldn't have been upset with the game. The refs let it play out how it should have. There was some contact down the field on both teams on a lot of plays but nothing that should have been called on either team and they didn't. So i was happy they let the players play and try to come up with a big play. You know what they get paid to do. AP was a beast but he couldn't over come Farves bad plays which sucked for them. Even Harvin had another great game. I really thinks hes the one who has had the most benefit from them getting Moss. Harvin is so much better in the slot then spread out wide.

I just wish Favre can get some big plays going, more long shots down the field to Moss, but I don't know if they are afraid of his turnover rate. I see too many run plays with AP that gets stopped at the line of scrimmage.

Yea they def need to start taking some more shot. They took like maybe 3 all game. I understand getting ur best player the ball but as long as the defense knows hes getting it 60% of the time its goin to be hard for them to win. They had a stat up last night. The Vikings are 73% run to 27% pass. They need some more balance and down field throws. None of their passes have been over 40 yards this year. And i believe they were top 5 last year with over 40 yard passes last year. They need to be about 60% to 65% run then 40% to 35% pass. That will def get another person out of the box on defense for AP, and help their overall game. The only prob with passing more is will Farve be able to handle it and make good choices. Not try and force things like he usually does and just take what the defense gives him. A big prob MIN needs to address is there D-line. They need to come up with some ways to get those guys free in the pass rush. Some twist, stunts, LB blitz's, something. Rodgers had way to much time and you can't fault the CB's they can only cover for so long. At some point good WR's will work their way open.

I can understand the whole losing to Oakland bit, but man.. they got slaughtered by a team who's been mediocre in recent years.  A team they should be more than capable of beating.  Again, I don't know what's gotten into Oakland, but honestly, I'm beginning to feel that they're the biggest threat to KC's division title hopes.  Then again, San Diego did actually put up more of a fight with New England than I thought they would.  However, even New England seems to be a bit on the weak side this year.  Honestly, half of the playoff teams from last year either seem weaker or even have been putting up a piss poor performance (Denver, San Diego (somewhat), and Dallas) thus far, while last year's weaker teams (KC, St. Louis, Washington, and Seattle) are doing better than they have in past years.  Hell, I think St. Louis was still winless at this point last year.
