Ofcourse if it's like 8v8 with 6 defenders it may be a bit different story, but that's public games for you - nothing you can do about it.

Seifer don't set by his flag game after game and he's the best defender I go up against. He's all over the place. And he can run the flag as good as anyone. TDM is not simply spamming imo bt I get what u mean. I see good players shooting flak rockets link at spots where pick ups are or flak as they move through corridors. I only shoot at a place when i see enemy moving towards and i try to predict/time their entrance. This is only spamming when some1 stands there bombarding a spot like a moron in the hope that he/she will score cheap kills. This game is based on DM and team modes TDM so if TDM=spamming then all modes = spamming i'm afraid.

      GREAT POST TRINITY! 4 SURE. There is spam in every mode. Thats why I would rather play with and against great players. They rarely spam mini,link and primary flak. Yet in DM TDM and Duel i notice alot of great players spam those weapons? And then they complain if you kill them with those same weapons? If im lagging really bad in VCTF i will use link but i would rather use rockets and the sniper rifle. I hate when someone just spams the hell out of mini specially on host. I make it a point to kill those players alot more. But Droken is right everyone can play as they like. And if I get annoyed by how someone is playing I reserve the right to r_pe own and taunt the hell out of them lol. Thats just my game!

I got sprayed with so much mini tonight. Even by a couple of real good players. To make it worse I was lagging like crazy. So the mini was doing crazy damage. Like they had u damage. And after one cap 5 out of there 6 players just camped. 5 campers and FRAG416 was still bioin the flag.lol NOW THATS FEAR! I still took there flag and tied it up. So even with great killers like FRAG416 and RZABLADE bioin the flag and camping the flag room im still gonna cap. I don't care who camps im still usually gonna cap at least once. But its hard to get a hattrick when your own flag stays gone and your lagging really bad.

Tuna you and Hatred played great. But we needed one more good player or maybe if i wasn't lagging so dam bad?

And yea Tuna ive seen Seif hold a great team to one cap on omicron by his self he's the hardest person to run the flag on imo.

And everyone gets killed by random rockets my friend. lol

hah yeah i meant in duel it's hard to kill a good player with a random rocket. but it does happen

See every since I first started playing UT3 I knew something was wrong! I just never knew what it was. Seifer told me to do a ping test. My ping was fine and so was my jitter. But i had 75% packet loss which gave me an F. I checked it again just now because I was getting r_ped by bots and I got a message from Minow saying R_PE. lol and now im getting 88% packet loss?

I would appreciate any ideas on how to fix the problem.

No mate the stupidity is on my part for actually mistaking you for an intelligent person! Did you really read my post OR were you trying to mug me off on the cheap? (that's UK slang for attempting to make me look like an idiot in front of everyone). I used the word 'CAN' not MUST or SHOULD. Since when in a team game do defenders simply defend? And where do the boundaries between defence, midfield and attack lie? Surely you have to have options or don't you watch/play Football (Soccer), Basketball etc where team players have defined roles BUT need a semblance of intelligence to read the play, know the score and respond according to the needs of the team? Maybe you play with a tag on your character's ankle which stops you from moving too far from your flag base?? Sorry for being such a dumba$$ mate, i'll watch my words more carefully in future! This game is about choices, opportunities and options as well as skill, intelligence, resources and luck. Nuff said and sorry for hijack.

Another GREAT FN POST! hijack away lol That was my point on transition being the key to this game. The best players are all great at transition. JKDMAN has mastered it. Im not willing to camp but i still kill plenty of flag carriers if they get away from my base. And back up my flag carrier. Some players just don't get the transition part. They rely totally on killin skills. And there out of position all the time. Not a set position but the right position for the situation. Like when to switch from backing up a flag carrier to tele porting on ahead to keep your flag there. Or whether to leave your flag carrier and go get your flag back. This is what im calling transition. Getting it wrong can cost your team the game. You can set positions before the game begins all you want but when the game begins you need to be able to adapt to different situations. Not just camp or play mid. or run. Ive never played in a game of ctf where the flag didn't leave the flag room! Maybe on PS3 theres some awesome campers that can keep the flag there the whole game? I doubt it though.

i am the f***ing best no one can stop me.  I played this game 2,000 years and i am proud that I am playing a f***ing dead game that less than 600 people play on every system.  I can beat anyone at any time when I am drunk and high at the same exact time.  I can wall jump and push myself off the damn map and teabag everyone upside down while dueling 8 hypnos and pee in the toilet at the same exact time as using an extender cable to play blindsided in my bathroom.
