I'd like to thank the sacred warlords server in TDM, I think I get my lowest ping in that server. who's server is it anyway? I also want thank the one's in DM, I can't remember their names now but thanks.

hah. that's funny. now I just hope no one says that about me. Thanks Heavenly_tRiNiTy I realized I was only talking about CTF servers, so that's why I don't see the others. CTF is perfection, I don't need anything else. Ideally I'd like to have a map rotation, like ye old days, some type of message mode to say "welcome to blah blah go to iamgaming for maps etc", and spectators. Not sure all that is possible. I'll be away from ps3 for a week traveling, maybe I'll have time to investigate. Oh, and it would be west coast la based for my own selfish reasons |

so on these servers, can you kick people out. because we had asked Vedakid to kick Ckeli out, for obvious reasons, and he said no. i'm not sure if he couldn't or wouldn't do that. he's a stand up chap afterall but i've been kicked out of matches before, usually when i'm going for a hat trick, completely owning the other team. then i try to come back in and finish the match and it no longer allows me back in. i hate when they do that.  getting back to topic. thank you guys for the servers.  |

I check these regularly and played on SRC and Sacred Warlords in the past few days. They are up for non-vehicle modes as you know. MEGA server is usually stacked so I can't often get on that one but i'm no CTF player just like to have fun.
Aside from this I've played on iAMs server also last week but I think its parked in Greed atm. Heavenlys server, HeavenlyWars is up normally in vCTF for EU but I moved it to accomodate 3-way TDM using arena ShockRifle (no take ups though). As said A-R server is up in vCTF normally and again is stacked so I dont often get on (the ping is high too for me). Then in warfare although I dont see the Brooklyn servers anymore BAIN is still running his TITAN is GAY server. This community is well serviced I couldnt get on my own private server on friday or any other for vCTF, all 3 maxed out. CTF and DM server were the same. grog grog, 1 more server would be a good thing but rather than remove Reflection you could include other CTF maps and employ a map cycle - i.e. no voting.

How many of these servers are still around? I play on MEGA Midway and Sacred Warlords and that's pretty much it. Those are the only ones I see that are around constantly. Certainly thanks to all anyway.
I thinking of hosting a server so I can freaking take reflection off it! |

yea cool thread. Gotta be said that anyone who's gonna purchase a server you might get someone else whos a midnightgames customer a free month. Plz look into it its a great way of repaying those who put their hand in their pockets to support us all. I know SW A$$punch is one, Pinn and MEGA boys are the ones that i frequented b4 investing and WPOR deserves all the support we can give him. DONT JUST BUY - INVEST AND GIVE SOMEONE WHOS HELPED US A BIG THANK YOU!

along with thanking everyone who purchased a server lets keep activity on them as well. no matter the mode you play try and give their servers some action. SRC, MASTER EXPLODERS, tRi, iAM, ICN, MEGA MIDWAY and any others i may have forgotten.

Halo 2? Lol.. UT3 never felt like to me, even when I played PC Speed, then regular. If anything, it's more like TS, speed-wise. Btw.. speed-wise, TS is basically inbetween UT3 (a bit slower), but a lot faster paced than Halo.. except for it's vehicle(s).. I never played TS1, but supposedly, it's faster than TS: FP. Anyways, I don't think I've ever saw a PC speed Duel server, but I would definitely like to see it. Also, it sounds like a perfect match for a Instagib Duel server. (Btw.. I'm kind of fan of Instagib.. even if I don't play it all too often.) |

I've played a few games with pcspeed. I think my kill ratio went way up when I returned to normal speed. I felt like I was pawweezy for a minute or two... then I settled down and returned to getting thrashed...

Not duel! tRi server had this temporary and it kicked spectators when they were in the game for like 3 minutes. |

PC Speed is awesome Aqua. Problem is.. when u do it consistently and then go back to regular UT3 it feels like Halo lol. easy to get addicted, hard to adjust going back

I have not attempted hosting mods on the new PC host software yet....but in the old version there was no may to host a server with custom mods. I'm not expecting it to be fixed in 2.0 but I will try it at some point.
There are tons of options for tweaking just about anything in the ini files but most of them do not work for the PS3 hosts. It's totally lame but that's the way it is. It would be cool to be able to change hit boxes, mic timeout and such because the variables are there...but I doubt it's possible. Not that you shouldn't continue to try! ;) You never know! |

I noticed the voice chat options myself. Unfortunately, It wouldn't work for me when I changed them. By that I mean it stayed as the default, no matter how little I changed it. Hopefully you'll be able to when you try.
