I don't know if it's worth it... but you should write a letter to their corporate division and write an open letter that guy on twitter and just keep reposting until you get an answer. I don't think they bother with going through the details of why you've been banned but it's obvious what it is.

Hey F.u.K.ers ! :)
I have a question to any member living in London (I think Skiller does, right ? But anyone who does can answer). Me and my family and my gf are going to travel to London on the 25th of December until the 29th (it's because of my mother's birthday), so that's already in a couple of days. Now we are not sure if in London the stores (grocery stores for buying food for our apartment, and other stores) are open on the 25th and 26th of December, because it's the 1st and 2nd christmas day. Can someone please tell me ? Smile
I would appreciate it a lot, thanks in advance ! :)

Hey Dagon, shops will defo be open. Tesco will have somewhere open and it's a 24 hour city so don't worry about being able to get some food.
