What would you prefer for Reflection?
My last remake did not work out as well. Too bad. Im trying something new with the map. Both are evening themed. Tell me with you think. Heavy storm: Winter edition: |

i think the brightness of the avalanche map for snow reflection would be pleasing.. flag runs in dimly lit areas are fun too though

Take da rocket launcher out of the map, that would be so funny to see people complain coz they can't spam.
I love the look of this map dark, make a thread when its done and I'm sure everyone will DL it. I will for sure :) |

Here is the fog Worm.
It now completly covers the map. It could be done on the bridge only, but that would make the map feel unnatural. I like the feeling of this. It feels good. Next: Better music on Reflection and adding snow on the remaining rooftops and stairs. |

so how does one download the downtown map?
The orb runner/flag runner would stick out like a sore thumb on those fog maps.. I want to try those out.. the thicker the fog the better IMO!!! |

Hehe ok. I can actually distribute it if you want. These are just some preview pictures. Just think of a few more adjustments and fixes you would like to see on that map and ill make it work. - Change placement 100 health? - Change placement jumpshoes? - There are a few odd sniper nests on that map, are those even being used? etc. |

Take flak out of necro :D
Naw but srsly new Reflection looks awesome! Pls put it on a server! Downtown looks really really dark on the pics, almost unplayable, but maybe its better when actually playing? Anyone like the idea of turning the tank node into a countdown node? Else its like that half of the map is always empty Is there anything u can do to MegaStructure or AnarchyHalls to make em work on PS3 servers? I would host a vctf server for them |

But simply cooking a map for PS3 shouldn't be illegal right? I'm not familiar with the process and the time/effort it requires, but if it's not too much trouble would you mind cooking AnarchyHalls-CODA?
Since there's no cooked PS3 version available, no one has ever made it available on PS3 server so chances are it could work? I'm signing up at Epic forums right now to try contacting the author of MegaStructure to see if he can help make any modifications for PS3 server compatibility. |

I can't help you with CTF and VCTF PS3 cooking. Im experiencing the PS3 blackbox glitch. Which occurs after cooking a map and playing it causes the flagstand to become a big black block and no announcer sound after picking up the flag or scoring one. You should ask i2icochet from this forum. He is probably able to help you with that.

Some guys turned Sandstorm into a 'WCTF' map. Still VCTF but with a warfare node that controls fury.
( http://utforce.com/index.php?topic=1974.msg64729#msg64729 ) Thought that was pretty cool. They also made WAR-Sandstorm But no PS3 versions unfortunately. Anyway, maybe some more WCTF conversions (or VCTF maps -> WAR) is a route Darkn3ss would like to explore? ;) |
