man you got that right.  3,500 is probably around what I'm gonna eat starting next week - gonna try to at least.  I been eating around 2,000 a day lately so its gonna be hard trying to double what I'm doing.  I think I'm just gonna start adding peanut butter to everything.

I'm really struggling to eat 3,500 per day. Its not easy at all :(

Hi,
Protein shake are good for people that are not eating enough protein in their diet. Gastric by pass patients drink them. They can't hurt unless you pick on that is very high in calories. Read the label before buying. I use something called any-whey protein powder, it is tasteless and I mix it with juice. I had gastric by pass a year ago. If you do not eat enough protein you hair falls out!
