I went and saw this when it came out. Yep it stayed with the themes of 4,5, and 6. It was completely focused on the traps and not the story like 1,2, and 3. I felt like it just skipped from trap to trap to trap. It just seemed they were like, ok how can we kill someone this time. I'm still glad i went and seen it, cause it was the first 3D movie i've seen in theaters, and other reasons. The ending was kinda good but still left a couple questions. So either this was not the last one or they did a bit of a ****ty job ending it. So if you thought 1,2, and 3 were good and 4,5, and 6 sucked don't go see this movie. Wait til its out on video and just rent it. If you liked all of them and thought all of them were great, Then **** go see it.

Wow you must have been really bored to feel like writing that. Well good thing is you called it a sub-class B-movie to an 8th grader and not a sub-class C-movie. So since i'm in 9th grade and since you said B and not C, ithink i'll still go and waste my money to see it. I'll let you know how it is. I'm just messin. I am goin to go see it tho. I actually rather it not be in 3D. I think its a gimmick for film makers to focus your attention away from the movie story so they dont have to focus on it. Then they can push movie along quicker. Not sayin every movie thats 3D has that mind set but i could see it happenin.

The director of Saw said, I want to have something terrible happen to a singer in this film, so off they went, looking for a terrible vocalist (not singer). They said, hey let's see who can only sing in one key, and does so hanging on the last word of every sentence. 2 minutes later, the 'list' was compiled. It came down to 2 people, Amy Lee and Chester. As Amy's time is split between being on her back and being in a methadone clinic, she was definitely outa the question; and since the world just now realises what a 1 trick pony Chester is, and with his floundering 'music' career, he needs all the publicity he can muster; so he agreed without pay. So after paying the script writers their guaranteed $100, they have roughly 2 million left to spend else were. Conviluded, contrived, retro-continutinal, plot hole ladden story, with Michael Bay's form over function, spark over substance style, is a sure to 8th grader, sub-class B-movie, ....oh, but it's 3-D.

Sorry a actually like the Saw movies. I won't lie the recent ones have been stretched way to much and aren't as good as the first 3. None the less i've enjoyed watching the traps and story twist. I was just saying why people have enjoyed watching them, their story twist. |

So you think it'll have a good story twist or do you think they'll focus to much on making cool 3D scenes and miss out on what made their movies good.
