Why does no one really duel anymore? I've been trying my hardest to get better and it and would enjoy if there were more people to duel. so if you want to duel someone you will probably smash just let me know! i don't mind losing it helps you get better. Astronomical676, unborn-hero

If the room wasn't empty all the time, I'd be there. Otherwise, I'm generally playing DM on the Instagib and UT3mod (or whatever it's called) server. Well, that or the mini-Titan server (you shrink, instead of grow), because it's the weirdest mod I've ever saw and the best part is, I once got six other people in the room with me. I joined because the mod named "Pint-Sized Killers" made me wonder what it was.

Yea. Customs are hella nice and hella better. Me,chewbacca,and c1v1l ALWAYS duel. but its only us 3. But its still good games( i must say xD muhaha)

can only find people on eu server where im pingin in the 290's which i dont really mind but it does get a little annoying and that dueling has become a bunch of flak snipers damn i miss being good at this game

I think that the ping is different according to your location.
As I have understand it, American people have a high ping on UE servers and UE people have high ping on US servers. I'm French and every time I'm playing on an US server, I'm badly lagging. |

yes that sucks... I'm EU and remember when there was a NYC Duel server up that was playable. All there seems to be now are EU/German servers and US (but they don't say where). Which is a shame when there's a good mix of top players but it ends up with either the players from EU or US dominating, no middle ground. Plus, internet speed up/down must come in to the equation somewhere. I only have a 1mb down (and a miserable 65k up) connection, it's the max speed I can get unfortunately. It's very noticeable when I'm in a DM and players from the UK, rest of EU, US and Mexico all play at once lol! |
