I love dark beer.  The darker the better.
Guinness, Negra Modelo, Sam Adams, Shiner Black,  New Belgium Beers.
Finally finished off my bottle of absinthe I ordered from Czech Republic years ago.  Chasing the Green Fairy.....mmmmmm....good stuff.  I liked to add dash of Bitters to it for more herbal flavor.
