Hey everybody.
At request from Vedakid. i put some boots in Hydrosis, making this Hydrosis Boots Edition. Very good idea bro :) Now, I had some trouble cooking the maps for PS3. (My version is not up to date). Creating a weird glitch on the flagstand after cooking. (same thing with Deflection) I found somebody who is willing to cook this (also Deflection) map(s) for me with the latest version. Thanks so much euchreplayer23! DOWNLOAD LINK VERY SOON! ----------------- Hydrosis-BE As you can see is I made a spot between both bridges, exactly in the middle of the map. There is only one way to grab the boots and that is by using the translocator. Making it somehow still a bit harder for a carrier to score. (he needs the jumpboots first before grabbing the flag) @Veda, i can still make this with 2 jumpshoes if you want. I think its a bit too much though ;) I really enjoying everybody's enthousiasm about both maps and i am fn eager to finish both. Thanks so much :) Staaaay tuuuuneeeed ^^ |

Ohhh man jump boots would be epic.. That vent leading to the Flak might be a problem when people run flags. Clear short-cut... =/

People hammerjump through there anyway, if they really want to?
Same for on your reflection the route from flak to rockets and the location of the boots on this Hydrosis (or they'll just save 1 boot to get the next spawning). |

I think boots in general ruin the CTF experience. But that's just my opinion.

I think a very Z-axis oriented map could get something from boots, something more than just using it to dodge the bullets of most players

Yeah good one. A map with booting to platforms (in this case the only way to score a flag) would be awesome. < probably already made.

nah i hammer in and outta there all the time lol. but yeah they would make runnin mid field easer but i see alot of other things that can be done now with a pair of boots, HIDDING SPOTS, with boots i can put myself in a few other locations without hammer jumping, though i see some glitches that i would be able to get into as well that without you cant

Thanks to euchreplayer23, I can finally pick up where I left on both maps :) I had a hard time cooking both maps, it seemed it glitched over a few too important things to give this free yet. Im currently up to date with the latest Mod version :D and Im working my best to finish both Deflection and Hydrosis-Boots-Edition ASAP Thanks euch, you are the best :)

Agreed. K-lined is a great map... all we need is the PC link to get it on the servers. New maps are exactly what we need to spice the game up. New environments = New fun... Boots on Hydrosis will give the map an exciting twist making it easier to get out of the flag room and adding tons of new flag routes and escapes. Being that the map is so large, boots are definately a great addition. |

Yeah agreed :) shame we don't play K-Lined too often indeed. I have successfully implented the boots on Hydrosis :). Shame I am not such an experienced cooker and therefore when I cooked the map the tiles suddenly became too dark.. its a ****load of work to make this work again, so I've asked euchreplayer23 to help me :) Ill keep u guys updated
