Yes it works for both Consoles but you need a GTMax adapter to use it on PS3. I play on Both PS3/XBOX & Play BF3 on PC :)

The XIM3 has no Rapid fire etc.... But if your Keyboard or Mouse has Macro Support then you can just use a Rapid Fire Script.

Mouse Speed/Performance depends on the game your playing, it's limited to what the game Max turn speed is.

Call of Duty for example is very good (Almost PC-Like) for Mouse Movement etc.... but games like Halo, Gears & BF3 have slow turn speeds & run at 30fps so it won't be nearly as good as when you are using the XIM3 on COD.

Aim Down Sight boost? it doesn't make you ADS Faster if that's what you mean..... tho the XIM3 let's you have 2 Sensitivities, 1 for Hip-Fire & 1 For Aiming Down Sights but most games make your ADS only about 35% of your Hip-Fire Sensitivitie & there's nothing you can do about that sadly :(
