Nothing is free on Xbox lol. Ps3 I believe you can share accounts but only 1 person can use at a time.

Well that blows! No wonder I always liked PS3. Guess my kids wil have to deal with dvd's and the kinect.

Wait.
If you have netflix on your PS3 you may be able to use it on the 360. If netflix is not governed by PSN or gamertags. If you are able to, you'd still only be able to use one at a time.

I do have it on my ps3 and use it. I was also able to view it on a couple of devices at the same time.

if you have an account with netflix you should be able to access it on any device that is netflix capable.

Edit:

There has to be certain way to play it on xbox. I can't imagine paying for netflix and you can't even view it on the xbox.

no you have to have live to watch netflix bro, try to watch it on a silver account n it will prompt that you need to have gold.  as for the devices, it used to be you could connect upto 6 different devices but only have as many stream at the same time as for how many dvd's you have in your plan.  meaning if you have 3 unlimited dvd's on your plan then you can stream 3 devices as well.  thats what i have and when you try to stream 4 it will not let you but i can do 3.  thats how my sister has netflix and she lives 20miles away but can use my account.  you could basicaly share it out, or well that is what i did and my buddy pirates his off his dad lol
