I believe they should. For 1, I've always hated Microsoft, and it's XBox division, plus think of all the leg work involved with customers returning XBOX1's on the quick!!!

If people don't do their homework before paying several hundred dollars/pounds on a piece of hardware they are asking for trouble. I'm going to call it "moron tax".
I think microflacid are doing a Sterling job of heading their own smear campaign
