At the moment, it's awful... but when I think back to Black Ops I remember that on release that game was completely unplayable and I ever stopped playing COD altogether when that got released and went back to UT3.
There are a lot of bugs at the moment, if you have a good game it's likely to be because you've got a decent connection and everyone else is getting the normal horrendous lag! If it's still bad after the next patch, I'll be going back to Battlefield 3... dedicated servers, proper spawns and a nice warm tank :) |

Black Ops II is decent, Treyarch will patch network issues hopefully soon, but in reality you still have good games and fun, at least with the people I have played with in parties. If you are solo, then yeah merc mosh pit is your best bet.

I expected issues with Black Ops 2 from the beginning just like with every other Call of Duty title that has come out.....Give it till around Christmas & thing's will be better.
Lag Compensation is still a issue tho, Even on the PC Version with Dedicated Servers  |

Never seen so many negative videos for one game! I initially thought this would be a decent COD... after a few weeks this is horrendous. MW3 was pretty bad but this is just awful.
No patch... no point in trying. |

Every PS3 port of the game has had issues, It's always been near Xmas before we see any fixes. There was nothing idiotic about my previous post.... I was just stating a FACT nothing else. With the amount of people who play Call of Duty on console there is no way Treyarch could supply dedicated servers for everyone..... Especially when there's a new COD title every year. If you want dedicated servers on COD then play on PC like me.

BO2 does my head inn. The multiplayer is nothing special and I find it abit boring.
Infinity Ward make better Multiplayer games although Treyarch support their games much more than IW but the gameplay is always much better and actually keeps me entertained which is more then I can say for BO and BO2 MP. Zombies is good though but I have high hopes for the Zombies DLC and don't think it will dissapoint. |

Any reason why they can't offer dedicated servers on ps3? I'm pretty such that people would be prepared to buy/rent their own servers from the PSN store. I doubt there would ever be a shortage of servers. |

Something to do with security reasons... Even on the PC version you can't rent servers anymore. You can only play on Official Treyarch Servers..... They won't even release mod tools for the PC Community so they can make custom game types like "ProMod" I'm sure players would be very abusive with Admin powers on COD if they did allow renting servers anyway. One way they could reduce Lag is by Region Locking Matchmaking but I know they will never do that  |

ok i just borrow this game from my friend and i got to lvl 7 and i'm board as f*** from it why do ppl still buy these games seriously i'm not touch another fps untill UT4 or something up to its standards. i'm even about to sell borderlands 2.
