Inactive clans will be moved/removed

   When I see that a clan has had no activity in their subforums for 30
days or more I will move that clans subforums into an inactive
repository that only I can see so to keep it clean for the rest of the
members.  

I will keep them archived in my inactive section for
another 60 days (total of 90 days inactive at this point)...if after
that time no one has come looking for them then I will permanently
delete them. 

If some point down the line a clan that was
deleted wants a forum created again I have no problem putting it back
up just ask.  All of the old posts from the previous forum will be gone
though.
