It's eastern US (Atlanta I think) I typically get 130 pint to the UK so I can live with that. Most of the US PcX members get between 30 -70 so far.

Yes, it is a good server with low pings and thank you but there is one issue that has kept me from playing in it as well as will probably keep Remy and Rico out as well as you have no mouse support set on it.
I understand its your server and if that's how you want it I totally understand but if you do want some heavy hitting players in there I suggest turning mouse option on as well but again thanks for supporting UT3 and I understand if you don't wanna turn it on, was just a suggestion cause right now I play in SWs server everynight and its always good games. FYI if you want to turn on mouse support just put a check in the box for the line in the interface that says something like "add any other command you want" and put this in the empty field on the right: allowkeyboard=1

Not sure if it can be done :( from what WOPR was saying I think it's not likely that mods will work on a pc dedicated server. I could be wrong in my understanding though.
