Went ahead and purchased the PX5s. I can always send them back if I'm not happy. I would've have preferred the PC 360 + Astro Mixamp setup, but for 1/2 the price I'm sure the PX5s will fulfill my gaming needs just fine. Thanks for all the help guys!  

EDIT: Just checked amazon.com and the PX5s are no longer listed for $150/shipped. According to my sales invoice, my order will ship come the 17th when Amazon gets more in stock. Maybe they will be listed again at $150. Just a heads up in case anyone was thinking about purchasing a pair...
