bulletstorm.. ive been following this game for about 4 months but ive never acctually seen a screenshot.. because none were released.. anyhow heres some that just got released.

this game will be the next console shooter that gets my attention, 360 quake arena doesnt sound like its ever coming, nexuiz is trash and quantum theory doesnt look that bad
bulletstorm is being made by people can fly (painkiller) and epic

Unreal Championship 3 would be a dream come true :) Maaaan i miss those awesome moves you were able to pull off! :( UT4 won't be coming anytime soon as the new Unreal Engine is so powerful not even the new Consoles coming out can handle it -------------

I'm hoping Timesplitters 4 gets made and released but at the moment it looks pretty unlikely as the developers Crytek UK are apparantly waiting for demand for it. dam  ------------- all roun nice guy lol. |

Lets hope so, but if it did get released it probably wont till next year at the earliest, it doesnt make sense they are waiting for demand for the game when the last three was well received and that fps's get released regularly. yeah I read that too ... the unreal engine is being made for the PS5! I think its because the next big generation of consoles, where technology really leapfrogs is two steps ahead. Yeah but its not 100 percent. I don't think I'd be spending any more money on consoles unless its for a few single player games like Final Fantasy or God of War or something of that matter.

they will make another unreal because its Epics heritage and they have saidn they will make another when the next unreal engine comes out. so though it wont be for about another 3,4, maybe 5 years it will happen -------------

its not hard to see the good games coming.. their is so much crap out there that gamers in general put up with nowadays. i guess i was lucky when i was younger.. i had good games to play.
games like COD and Halo are pure trash, watered down layouts, watered down multiplayer, and watered down easy gameplay. the people making bulletstorm, have already proved themselves with painkiller, that they know how to create a good game and not just shove out some POS that everyone will love because its easy.
Bulletstorm will be the next big console shooter, well because everything else sucks balls. Ive already read up on the game.. its basically a standard deathmatch shooter but it has some very unique twists and basically the point of the game is stylish kills, not just kills.. this could end up being bad if they dont do it right so the game isnt guaranteed to be good.. but like i said painkiller was great and the competetion is nada.. so its a shoe in.
to all the people who like cod and halo, f*** you! its complaisant f**wads like you that have pretty much ruined gaming for everyone. you can't lay all the blame on console.. there are plenty of people like me who can't afford to buy a nice computer. i know you are going to say i don't need a nice computer to play QL, etc etc but my computer's framerate is sh it. i own a ps3 and xbox 360 and i like it. there are plenty of people who would be willing to play a game that really takes skill like ut3. the reason why ut3 died on console was because MLG didn't pick it up for some fu cked up gay ass reason. when MLG decides to pick up games that take skill than more people will play them. In order for MLG to pick up a shooter game on their pro circuit it has to have a rediculous amount of people playing it just like MW2 GOW and H3. That was the main reason UT3 wasn't picked up, sure there was a decent amount of players competing on it in the beginning but there would be no way it would sell the same amount of player passes as those other games on the circuit. I myself have also got a lot of faith in this game becuase it could very well save the DM game scene and keep it breathing. Visually it looks very impressive and the singleplayer even looks like fun to play. For those who didnt know People Can Fly really delivered in their boss fights because anyone who played Painkiller can tell you that the boss fights were HUGE and telling from that plant creature they showed in the trailer it looks like they're delivering big time again. I just hope they implement a stackable armor system into the game's multiplayer because that's my only real worry right now. But other than that it looks like it could be the next big thing in DM shooter's. |
