if you go to the latest seasonal event and select the last race you will get to take the new Corvette C7 prototype for a time trial on the Nurburing. or you can buy the DLC and get it.
Edit: you can get the vette prototype add-on for free in the PS store. there's 3 other cars for sale for 99 cents each too.
