Ok Guys, need some help with this!

Downloaded 3.0 yesterday and after it downloaded i hit the ps button, then the control pad turned on it had controler 1 and contoler 2 red lights on. I let it turn off and I turned it on again the same thing happened. I even pluged in the charger lead and it charges with the 2 lights on.

Did this ever happen to anyone else and how do I fix it?

theres a reset switch on ur ps3 controller. It's a small hole on the back of the controller. push it.
