Hi guys! I know I didn't play much UT3 on the PS3 since april but thats because I moved with my father and couldn't install my PS3 to play online. But now I got a new pc and I play this on the pc! My account name on the pc : mrtek Oh btw yesterday I played and i'm not sure if it was the same ReverendCrow but I saw him on UT3 on the pc! It was in a TDM game. Add me guys if you want  |

by far i completely agree ..anyone on pc will **** on ps3 playersits alot more fun i just played some sweet ass spam map but even still that spam map needed skill cause flak and rocket spam does..absolutely nothing on pc it was great so much hitscan combos..honestly it doesnt remind me of ut99 at all or 2004 (dur) -------------

I'll add you... i'm playing in TDM too! I played once in greed and the titan mutator were on... omg I hate this mutator  I'm also playing CTF. Oh and for fun I went in a duel game as a spectator and I saw i_hax, legionx, Asin playing and omg i'm not sure i'm ready to play these guys LOL... they are crazy with the shock combo. I'm getting better for sure, i'm making some test to find to best setting for me to be the most accurate... today in the evening i'll try with the crosshair hidden and the weapon displayed to right hand! Twisted check out the GodsOfWArfare server at night. We have been trying to get it active again and last night wa spretty successful. Ill be on tonight around ( pm est if you wanna check it out siiiir. Lotz of custom maps being played and here is a link to the MOD itself incase you wanna check it out offline and there should be 3 map packs on there to that we are hosting on our BTA server

You probably have twisted, if I'm not on dfb's server, I am over at epic2 greed server. Most people that are still playing ut3 on the pc go there quite a bit lately. It isn't a mode I like to play that much but there is some good games on there. ------------- |

Maybe it wasn't you that was on dfb's server one morning but the person had the name ReverendCrow, when I asked the person if they were the ReverendCrow from iamgaming.com/ps3 they answered yes and after I plugged them a few times and laughed at them, they left and a few of us loled... The best part about dfb's server is they record demo's, I will see if I can find the demo. ------------- |

i work monday through friday kid so i sure as hell dont play mornings and the last few weekends i didnt play the last 2 nights i have other than that i havent played in a public match since i got this pc a few weeks ago and i wasnt talking actually was a duel with wopr me trying to realize why i couldnt left dodge (my old keyboard was f***ed up wouldnt let me move properly) dont try and make it seem like i ragequit over some stuck up kid i dont knowthe game is great but nothing to get all bent over about if i lose i lose if i win i win pc version with how little amount of players are left on it its one of those "hey wanna get drunk and shoot the **** on ut3".... "sure" dont get me wrong its WAY more fun then ps3 but from what i see the ps3 players have alot more respect for other players...so if you did kill me good job want a f***in cookie i could care less the only thing i care about it some 12 year old little **** stain coming here tryin to trash me down if it wasnt me then go suck ur mothers d*** and quit tryin to trash me cause the **** you say isnt really worth reading. edit: i think its funny how the pc community trashes console players yet they are just as bad if not worse i just played a tdm... me and samael (yes the bot) vs 3 dudes.... did i b**** when i lost by only 13ish points...no i said 3v1 gg then i left cause i have family **** to do.-------------

i like the fact that pc players talk **** on console players yet they will get completely destroyed if they try playing with a controller..

Back to the real conversation, I am sifting through dfb's server demo's ( for you crow ) because if memory serves me correctly the day in question was well over the time limit you stated crow, which to me, makes you a lying f*cking prick... None of this makes sense. puB is still around; we still have a server (although I don't know why) and the same clan leader. You can hang out with us on IRC @ irc.globalgamers.net (formerly GameRadius) in #puB (which is where we organized our awesome complaining campaign). It is actually keyboard who made the videos... Who knows who "Wikkid" is on the ps3, I never used "Wikkid" on the ps3, I used two different names on the ps3, neither one I am saying because I know you don't know who I am and it is funny watching you insist I was "Wikkid". I did use WicKeDcHilD for a few days but some how I made an account as the name everyone knows me on ps3, on the same account and lost the name, didn't matter though because after I created the new account I stuck with that name, even while on the PC till 4-5 months ago when I joined Gen-X and created the wikkidsh*t account, then created the account [Gen-X]wikkid for fraggednation only one+ month ago. I only used wikkid on here because this is my old old old name I used when i hung out on IRC back in the day. So again, if you think you know me as "Wikkid" you are mistaken, Sorry.

It's me that is getting better or shock combo while moving is easier to make on the pc? Considering I was playing with K/m on the ps3 also... and of what I heard it is not well optimised on the ps3 (k/m). |

No aim assist on PC to screw up hitting the combo, and the shock ball hitbox seems strangely smaller on PS3; not just for the shock rifle, but the Hellbender skymines on PS3 feel the same way. The combo damage radius seems smaller on PS3 as well. Apparently you need to grow up. I barely have any chances to play UT3 at the moment with the laptop being repaired. UT3 plays like **** on the desktop. When I get a new desktop here in a few months we'll play an epic best out of 5 match with 10 minute time limit. good for you , you are hardly considered a PC player.. what did you get a laptop last week?
my point is ut3 has never had any tournies or any population. the game was dead on arrival
unreal tournament in general, has always been a place for scrubs to go.. the real comp has always been on quake.

well jeez I would hope I could beat you on quakelive or you must be pro, im sure ive played it more then you and I have years and years of quake experience.
you should really think about finding a better mode then clan arena though.. i guess its great for practicing and i played my first 4 months of quakelive doing clan arena but.. i cant stand that mode.. i did play one game of clan arena in the past few months vs some really good people.. dropped something like 115 pts on them.
play some ctf, play some ctf with me.. i can help you get good if you arent already, and if you are i can help you get even better

Ok add me if you want it's mrtek on quakelive also Oh and I have played like 4 month on pc (and only 2 weeks on this new computer)... i mean playing FPS online. You can count UT3 on the ps3 if ya want considering I played with the keyboard/mouse... then add something like 8 months. |

That's not really fair to say, a lot of players simply enjoyed playing UT over quake for their own reasons. Back in the early days of UT and Q3 it was more about which game you preferred and there were ridiculously skilled players on both games. I have yet to see any player in any game have better aim and more raw talent than GitzZz. I agree that Q3 is more skilled than UT, but only slightly. You can't really blame people for enjoying one game over the other. ------------- Islanders fan, huh? Team of the future I always say. |

thats really nothing.. no offense of course, but there was noone of skill on the opposing team.
but like you were implying.. quake live pubs can be pretty bad.. sometimes you get good comp and sometimes you get a bunch of scrubs.
i went 46-0 in a ctf match.. and the opposing team actually had some decent players.
i went 81-0 in a tdm pub.. but that was all scrubs -------------

as far as UT you guys are def right.. it does take skill.
ive always considered quake to be way more competetive though.. especially clan wise... UT has had some solid duel comp but its never been where quake is for clan competetion and team tournies -------------

Quake in my opinion is more oriented for the deathmatch game types like DM/TDM/Duel. I liked playing team modes in UT better, especially CTF and TDM. But yeah I'm thinking of pugging in Quakelive if I can. The pub games are getting really bad, lol. ------------- XBL=GeNovaZ PC=NovazZ |
