SQUAD LEADER AND HOW TO BE A GOOD ONE 1. Starting off your game 2. Using your mic 3. Attacking 4. Defending 5. Vote to kick 1. Starting off your game When
starting off introduce yourself to the squad and what you want them to
do, have a set strategy before going into a game, depending on whether
you are attacking or defending. Try your best to improve your strategies
and inform your team of what you want them to do. Find the best way to
utilise your team, if you have friends playing then this will be a bonus
as friends and groups tend to work better together and at the end of
the day the game is all about team work. As a squad leader it is up to
you to look after your squad, tell them to start reviving your team if
you see plenty of bodies floating about, if you see enemies getting
revived get your team to bleed them out when they are rolling about on
the ground bleeding out, this will send them back to their spawn and
give less chance of a revival chain cycle. 2. Using your mic Your
mic is one of the most important factors in the game, this as well as
your frago will help your squad know what you want them to do, know
where to group together and know where to help give your team mates a
bit of support, your squad leader having a mic is the difference between
winning and loosing a match. 3. Attacking Normally
when attacking your best forgetting about the burn out tower and taking
out the end bunker and working your way in to the AA, Why is this? well
for one, your depending on the teams at the other side of the map to
take down their burn out tower too on the other side of the map and if
they dont take it down or they are having trouble taking it down your
stuck with that burnout tower wasting time to take down the bunkers,
Enemies will also try to surround the burnout tower cutting down the
numbers protecting a bunker. Frago the end bunker so that everyone in
your squad knows what bunker to take, this should be a priority at the
start of the match or at least before your sensor jammed.
When
taking down the bunkers, its all power by numbers. if you have 2 teams
of 8 people attempting to take down a bunker with like 4 people
defending it, they will easily be overpowered and the bunker will fall,
leaving you and your squad to move in to the next bunker so frago that
bunker and work your way in, take down the AA when 2 bunkers are down
and work your way to the other bunkers giving the other 2 teams of 8
support to take down the other 2 bunkers. Now
its time to take the burnout towers! As they have no one spawning from
their bunkers now giving you a clear field of play to take them easily
and unlock the main objectives, at least with the AA down as well you
can advance closer to the main objectives. In
an ideal world heres where the real team work begins but this is where
people normally get lost or have their own game plan, your best getting a
large amount of people together to take one objective, so press SELECT
and get a quick look on where all the blue dots are going and Frago that
objective, help the other teams take that objective and then Frago the
next objective beside it and hopefully the other team will give you a
bit of support there too. 3. DEFENDING When
defending your bunker is your first main priority, the AA is your 2nd,
the bunker next to you is your 3rd and your turrets are the 4th
priority, the last priority should be your burnout towers. Why is this?
well if they take down your bunkers then they will advance if they take
down your AA then they will be able to spawn both in front of your
bunkers and behind them. If you see a bunker or AA or anything go down
then order your team to repair and if they dont have repair kits then
order them to help give the guys repairing the bunkers a bit of cover to
get the bunker back up. Always make sure you frago your bunker at the
start of the match so that your team know whats the priority, if your a
middle bunker, frago the end bunker but have a few guys keeping a little
eye on your bunker every once in a while, more people seem to go for
the end bunkers so its best to help protect the bunkers around you as
well as your own. If you loose your bunker, frago
it to tell guys to repair before the other team take the next 2 burn
towers. If you get it up make sure you get up 2 bunkers and then attempt
the AA. Why? its best to have 16 people able to repair and protect than
just have 8 people. This will also keep the enemy occupied and kill off
a bit of time before they do any damage to the main objectives. If
they take the all the burnout towers and unlocked the objectives,
forget about the bunkers and inform the team that its time to protect
the objectives and avoid any damage, get them to repair doors, set
claymores, gas grenades anything you feel that will help your team just
say. Hopefully they will follow orders! SQUAD LEADER SYNOPSIS A
good squad leader knows what to frago and has a strategy in his head
before he starts a game. Its up to him to help his squad get additional
XP by frago'ing objectives within reach and communicate with his squad.
Commanding and communication is what helps you to win matches, just a
simple term like enemy setting charges on our bunker could save your
bunker from blowing and buying you more time to keep the enemy from the
main damage objectives. VOTE TO KICK This
happens very often, more so for squad leaders! Why? well others want
your position, people think they can do a better job, if you feel that
you cant get a grip on the match or your team and that it might cost
your the game, then press Start and triangle and none in order to step
down as squad leader and give someone else a chance to change the match
around. Other times people kick is when they feel your
not frago'ing the right objective or not listening to them, if you are
sensor jammed then inform your team that you are via mic.
