id have to say ps3 because even though 360 has more people they are mostly those annoying ten year olds yelling at their moms haha

Controller is pretty good on 360.
Party chat is ****. The so called "breathing" problem.
Turn your mic volume up and you can actually hear people breathing excessively on mic? Especially when your busy running around killing ****. Turn your mic volume down and you can't hear yourself nor anyone anymore..
